You really have a passion for teaching people on the proper care of their carpeting. Before I found you, I would have to have the “other guys” come out once a month for a lesser clean than you provide. Also when you clean-it stays that way! Your prices are unbelievable too!  It would cost me 2-3 times more to have the “other guys” come out multiple times, give me a lesser clean than you do, jack the price up from what they quoted me on the phone AND have to call them back out (or whoever had that “Super Blowout Deal”) in a month to do it all wrong again.  I tell all my friends when they ask me how is it we keep our WHITE carpeting so clean-I say The MOST Thorough.  Thanks again Ben!

From the first time that I called The MOST Thorough, they were friendly and very willing to schedule a day for cleaning around my busy schedule.  I felt very comfortable allowing The MOST Thorough to be in my house and I was confident that the job would be done perfectly! Our carpets look beautiful! I had made an appointment to get my carpets cleaned in early December, then decided to wait until after the holidays. The MOST Thorough remembered who I was and welcome me back! Even though our house is only 3 years old, there were 2 major stains that I was worried about. The MOST Thorough made our Berber carpet look brand new!  The MOST Thorough was very honest with us. We were unsure whether to get Stain Guard on our carpet on top of the normal cleaning.  Instead of convincing us to pay more for this service, he told us that it was probably unnecessary at this time and that we should wait another six months to year.  I appreciated the honesty!
