I'm very impressed with your company and your service is first class. I had our family room carpet cleaned by your company. There were many spots that returned time and time again from other cleaning methods. When  The MOST Thorough cleaned it the spots never returned even after 2 years time. The carpets stayed cleaner longer and all the spots were gone. My carpet is 20 years old but it looks great after having it cleaned by The MOST Thorough. From the first time that I called The MOST Thorough, they were friendly and very willing to schedule a day for cleaning around my busy schedule.  I felt very comfortable allowing The MOST Thorough to be in my house and I was confident that the job would be done perfectly! Our carpets look beautiful! I had made an appointment to get my carpets cleaned in early December, then decided to wait until after the holidays. The MOST Thorough remembered who I was and welcome me back! Even though our house is only 3 years old, there were 2 major stains that I was worried about. The MOST Thorough made our Berber carpet look brand new!  The MOST Thorough was very honest with us.
